Does the charging stand come with a wall adapter?
No. You'll need a 20W+ USB-C wall adapter (not included). A USB-C cable (1.5m) is included.

Will it charge through my phone case?
Yes, for most standard cases. Remove thick, magnetic, or metal cases if charging is inconsistent.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered in 7-21 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

What is your return policy?
You can return your item within 14 days for a full refund. It's also covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Is it Qi-certified?
Yes. The charging stand is Qi-certified with overvoltage, short-circuit, and overcurrent protection.
